推荐应用:高硬度挤出制品,高硬度胶辊，胶管，密封条

用法 : 3-8 phr或更多,在混炼初期加入(生胶之后立即加入）

Sidistar®可改善橡胶加工过程中的流变性。

The addition of SIDISTAR® to conveyor belt compounds will not only significantly improve the mixing and processing but also the properties of the final product, especially the dynamic behaviour; Goodrich heat build-up will be reduced and fatigue life (de Mattia test) extended by up to 40% (number of cycles for formation of a crack of a certain length).

The flame retardancy of the material will be increased when SIDISTAR® is used in combination with fillers like aluminium trihydrate or magnesium hydroxide. The amount of plasticizer can be reduced to further improve the fire behaviour. Thermal ageing and oil resistance are not negatively affected. SIDISTAR® acts by its physical properties particle size and spherical particle shape, it reduces internal friction and improves filler dispersion. Sidistar R300&R320&R320U是采用独特工艺生产的二氧化硅无机材料，外观呈灰色或灰白色，无定型球状结构，平均粒子大小在150Nm，由于这种结构Sidistar呈现了与普通白炭黑截然不同的用途：Sidistar可被分散为初级形态的亚微米级球形结构在体系中通过其特有的滚珠效应从而有效减少内摩擦，改善胶料流动性和填料分散性能，同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸/撕裂强度等硫化胶性能。当 SIDISTAR 用量增加, 能够有效提高硫化制品耐疲劳性能。

• 沉淀法二样化硅： 细小颗粒的团聚体，无法分散成单个颗粒
